After a decade building Arielle,

Employees’, shareholders' and stakeholders' expectations of a transparent and data-driven commitment to tackling the climate crisis is here to stay. Companies need to assess ESG-related risks and opportunities and shape their business strategy accordingly. But beyond that, sustainability and ESG are undergoing profound shifts, expanding beyond the ‘E’ of ESG to include social impact, human capital and societal issues that are important to clients, communities and the nation.

Another challenge: the lack of standardisation of what people in ESG do and therefore how to assess candidates against standard criteria.
